Cranio-Sacral Therapy - works with the structure, the
nervous system, and the cranial nerves. It is a gentle
method of detection and correction that encourages
your own natural healing mechanisms.

Polarity Therapy - a comprehensive health care
system: a synthesis of Eastern and Western healing
systems. Polarity utilizes four modes of healing:
Bodywork, Exercise, Dietary Awareness, and Dialogue.

Pre-natal Massage - focuses on the special needs
of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the
dramatic changes of the childbirth experience.
Addresses the specific structural, physiological, and
psychological discomforts of pregnancy.

Lymphatic Drainage - a holistic approach to promoting
a healthy lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage is
a type of therapy that is intended to help the body
produce a free-flowing lymphatic system.

Hot Stone Massage - a specialty massage using
smooth, heated basalt stones to loosen the muscles.
During the session the therapist will massage you while
holding the warm stones in hands as well as placing
stones on and around your body.

Reflexology - applies pressure to the feet and hands
with thumb, finger and hand techniques without the
use of oil or lotion. Based on a system of zones.

Qigong - combines hands-on and hands-off techniques
that balance the flow of qi (energy) through the body,
move and relieve qi blockages, and improve circulation.

Swedish Massage - soothing massage that uses long
strokes, kneading and friction to stimulate circulation,
ease muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Biofeedback - technique is based on Quantum Physics;
simply put, a high-tech complementary health device
(a SCIO) assists the health practitioners in identifying
issues ocurring within you.

Raindrop Therapy - combines the science of aroma
therapy of essential oils with the techniques of
reflexology and massage.
